What I know about me:
I’m a born and raised Texan living in NYC (Brooklyn) for over 12 years. I grew up inside all kinds of books and movies and music. I became a writer early on and have held on to that title for dear life.
Movies have a special place in my heart. In 2013, I started a movie club amongst friends (we call it “Movie Club”) and have strived to meet and converse about movies each week ever since. So far, we have lengthily discussed over 200 films. I’m not a snob, though. I’m just in it for the MAGIC.
I live with my partner and three pets, two dogs + a cat, along with whatever other creatures we happen to be fostering.
I do a lot of crossword puzzles, write short stories, and have recently done quite a bit of pro-bono editing for my partner’s non-profit and a few friends’ wedding vows.
I could go on, but neither of us wants that.
